Accreditation

The Department of Physics has 3 study programs and each has been accredited by the national accreditation board (BAN-PT).

• The Undergraduate of Physics program has been accredited “A” by BAN-PT since 2011 and since September 1st, 2021 holds the predicate “UNGGUL” based on the SK BAN-PT No.10593/SK/BAN-PT/AK-ISK/S/IX/2021 valid until June 3, 2026.
• The Master of Biophysics program has been accredited “A” by BAN-PT since 2017 and currently holds the predicate “A” based on SK BAN-PT No. 1031/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/M/IV/2017 valid until December 31st, 2022. This program is currently undergoing a reaccreditation process.
• The Doctoral of Physics is a new study program that will soon be accredited.

IPB itself as an institute has been accredited “A” by BAN-PT based on the SK BAN-PT No. 4278/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/PT/XI/2017.
